Electronic registration system for receiving medical services "Nizhyn Medical"

Purpose and objectives of the project:
- reducing the time spent in queues at the registry;
- high-quality modern planning of the activity by the doctor of medical institution;
- constant monitoring by the administration of the institution of the organization of reception by doctors of the institution;
- providing the population with detailed information on:
- pharmacies;
- placement of medical institutions and travel to them;
- availability of certain equipment;
- list of specialists and schedule of their work.
The introduction of such a system will significantly reduce the time to visit a medical institution, which in turn will reduce queues and increase the efficiency of the medical sector of the city. Ordinary users, patients, doctors, registry staff and a moderator will be able to work with SERDOMP in the information mode.
Project goals:
- display information about medical institutions of the city and provide an opportunity to make an appointment with a doctor;
- registration of users in the system and their registration with doctors;
- providing a review of the status of the queue for admission;
- revision of the work schedule by doctors;
- ensuring the display of information and recording for an appointment with a doctor with the printing of a certificate of registration on a thermal printer.
Areas of project activity:
- creation of the subsystem Information portal;
- creation of the Registry subsystem;
- creation of a subsystem Doctor's office;
- creation of the Mobile application subsystem;
- creating a subsystem Terminal with a web interface.
Results:
- "Information portal. Nizhyn Medical ", posted at the link https://maxpro.company/portfolyo-ua/nizhyn-medychnyi/,designed to display information about medical institutions in the city and make an appointment with a doctor. The following subsystems are developed taking into account various groups of users:
- pharmacies;
- information portal;
- registry;
- doctor's office.
- "Mobile application. Nizhyn Medical ", developed for Android and placed in the catalog of Google Play applications, which complements the functionality of the" Information Portal "with the ability to use the SERDOMP system from mobile devices, taking into account the user's location.
- Subsystem "Terminal" to ensure the operation of the terminal installed in the hospital and connected to the system SERDOMP, which complements the functionality of the "Information Portal" with the ability to obtain paper certificates of medical services.
