Results:
An analysis and classification of risks of logistics operations in border regions was carried out and a methodology for their assessment was developed in order to monitor and assess the state of the logistics sphere when making management decisions in the context of ensuring national security. The processes of interregional resource distribution in Ukraine at the current stage were studied and directions for its improvement were proposed in order to rationalize resource use. Sources of investment support for the processes of improving the logistics infrastructure for the purpose of innovative restoration of border regions on the basis of sustainability have been identified.
